There are 3.2 million rounds of golf played annually in Myrtle Beach according to Chris King, a spokesman for Myrtle Beach Golf Tourism Solutions. Though, with articles such as "How Golf Lost the Millennials" and "Millennials Ditching Golf because it's too hard and boring" arcade-style golf games such as Top Golf can breathe new life into the sport's future.
Top Golf will be located at 630 Grissom Parkway Trail in Myrtle Beach and although they have not given an official opening date yet (they're expected to open early 2019), you can sign up on their website for updates, special offers, and mobile alerts. The Myrtle Beach Top Golf course will have 72 hitting bays which is scaled down from the company's typical 102 hitting bays, along with full-service restaurant & bars, private event spaces & meeting rooms, rooftop terrace with fire pit, hundreds of HDTV's and free wi-fi.

The average age of patrons at Top Golf range 18 to 34 plus the company's research shows that new players who go to Topgolf often start learning and playing the traditional form of the game as well.
Myrtle Beach is one of the Golf Capitals of the world and the entire Grand Strand reflects that. Thousands of people from all over the nation move here to live in Golf Communities like Dunes Club and Plantation Point.
