Wendy Wolbert

I have always had a passion for real estate since I can remember. Having been an avid investor I realized early that real estate was a great way to build wealth. After obtaining my general contractors license in NC in 1998 I was a residential builder for 10 years. It was definitely a way to gain valuable knowledge of the housing market. I own and manage a commercial building in NC and have lots of experience with leasing. It is a pleasure to share my knowledge and expertise as a realtor now. I look forward to working with my clients on a daily basis. I have a long history with Myrtle Beach- I worked and lived here every summer as a college student at UNC Chapel Hill. It is my dream to be here and be able to share my love for the area with others who want to live and work here! Buying a dream home or a vacation house is a big investment and I take my job very seriously. Can't wait to see what the year holds for one of the best coastal markets.
