Growing up as a child, my family and I vacationed in the Myrtle Beach area many times. I've always had fond memories of the good times we had going to the beach, playing miniature golf, dining at the many fine restaurants and visiting all of the other attractions in the area. There was always so much to do and see. I was able to purchase a vacation condo here in 1993 so I could visit more often as an adult. I worked for the State of New Jersey at the time and I was able to vacation in Myrtle Beach 4 to 5 weeks per year. I always knew that this would be the place I would call home some day. Fast forward to 2010, I was able to retire from my job with the State of New Jersey. My wife and I along with our 4 year old daughter were able to finally move here the following year in June of 2011. I have always been interested in the Myrtle Beach real estate market. I would visit all of the new communities that were popping up in the 1990s and 2000s. About 3 months after we were settled in, my second daughter was born. I was enrolled in the local real estate course at that time and was able to get my real estate license in November of 2011. I'm now able to help other people fulfill their dream of buying a permanent home, vacation home or investment property in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas.
