Nicole is a new resident to Myrtle Beach, but has spent many years visiting and getting to know the area like an insider. She understands the complexities of buying and selling real estate as a consumer and is interested in helping people navigate their way through the search process for a permanent/second/vacation home all the way through closing. Nicole also understands what is like to get a home ready to list and market, having been through the process multiple times with great success.

After spending 20+ years as a Program Manager in Maryland, leading multi-year contracts and technical teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction, she made the leap to follow her passion in real estate.

Having learned first hand during her real estate purchase that BRG, The Boyd Team is there for you throughout the entire process, she couldn't be happier to be part of a team that embodies customer service, honesty and integrity while creating meaningful ties with their clients.

Besides all things real estate, Nicole loves spending time with her horse and dog, meeting new friends in Myrtle Beach, keeping close ties with her long-time friends, and living the beach life.
