Megan Mahoney

I was born and raised in northern NJ. I am one of five children and an identical twin, playfully referred to as the “fun twin”. My husband John and I have a daughter, Riley, who is a freshman at High Point University. My two step-children Mike and Kristin have provided us the joy of four grandson’s that keep us all smiling. We became residents of the Grand Strand in 2020 and now call it our permanent and best home ever!!

Before entering the real estate business in 2017. I enjoyed a 20 year career in the insurance industry where I held numerous positions of responsibility and leadership. In all of my assignments, I held roles in the customer service arena. Such commitment to the experience has helped me immensely with my real estate clients.

As far as my personal interests, I love to work out, enjoy the beach and play an occasional round of bad golf. Hosting our family here in Myrtle Beach makes me the happiest. I am a breast cancer survivor and am passionate about dedicating my time and resources to finding the “the cure”!
