Madison Reed

"Madison Reed has had a close connection to real estate since she was a child, having grown up in a real estate family of land developers, investors, builders, and real estate brokers. Between growing up watching her family pioneer the tiny home movement, and later working in her dad's real estate brokerage in Dallas, Texas, Madison learned and sharpened her real estate skills early. Madison and her family relocated to Charleston, SC, from Lake Oconee, Georgia, where she was a Realtor® at Reynolds Lake Oconee. Her real estate experience at Lake Oconee included serving on the Lake Country Board of Realtors as a committee chair. Now, as a resident of the Lowcountry in Charleston, Madison serves as a Board Member of the East Cooper Top Producers, a member of The Preservation Society of Charleston, and remains a supporter of The Dewees Island Conservancy. She has also enjoyed mentoring scholarship applicants in public speaking and presentation skills through the Boys and Girls Club of America.

Madison and her family enjoy exploring the Lowcountry, from the beaches to the rivers, and still marvel at how uniquely beautiful Charleston is. Also a boating captain, Madison considers being on or near the water her happy place. Madison enjoys sharing her expertise with luxury homes and estates, but her true pride is helping people reach their real estate goals, whether it be an investment property or a first-time home purchase.
