I grew up in the suburbs of Baltimore, MD. I have previously vacationed in the Myrtle Beach area since the late 1980's, and have owned real estate in the area since 1995. After 38 years of service with the Federal Government, I retired in 2010 and my husband and I permanently relocated to Little River, SC. We chose this area because of the climate, proximity to the ocean, and because there's always lots of outdoor activities. We enjoy all four seasons, but admit that if we never had to shovel snow again, that's fine with us!! In addition to South Carolina, I am also licensed in North Carolina. My expertise in North Carolina is southern Brunswick County, e.g., Calabash, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach.
