Kristin Kingsley is a native of Myrtle Beach and knows the area very well. She grew up in Socastee, and graduated from Socastee high school in 1991. Her mother was an art teacher for 30 years in the Myrtle Beach area, and Kristin learned from an early age that many issues can easily be resolved with some creative thinking.

Kristin holds a BFA in film and television from New York University, and has completed master's level coursework at Marylhurst University in business administration and real estate development. She has had a real estate license since 2006, and recently worked as the leasing manager for an outdoor advertising company. With approximately 550 locations within her territory, and almost as many landowners, Kristin has had a lot of experience in working with property owners and addressing their concerns. In addition, Kristin worked for over 10 years in the advertising arena, and has much experience with various forms of marketing. This experience and knowledge is a real asset to her listing clients, and her ability to see every situation from different angles is a benefit to buyers.
