My name is Keri Little, and I am licensed in North and South Carolina.

I'm a New York native turned local and I have been in Myrtle Beach since 2000. After 22 years I still think how grateful I am to live by the beach. I'm also a wife and a mom of 4 beautiful children. I have been a licensed South Carolina agent since June 2015 and in North Carolina since 2021. I started as a solo agent and went on to work for a custom home builder where I learned so much about the building aspect, how to budget out a project and bring it to a close. am a multimillion-dollar producer and I absolutely love what I do, I thoroughly enjoy working with new clients and pride myself on my quick response, diligence to get the job done, and helping my clients navigate through the home buying/selling process. I specialize in relocation, as well as first-time home buyers, second homes, and investment properties.
