Kelly Gallagher brings boundless enthusiasm, dedication, energy, passion, and experience to her role as a Buyer Specialist with the Brittany Foy and Associates team. Prior to entering real estate, Kelly spent 30 years in the banking industry, most recently holding the position of Vice President of BSA Compliance with M&T Bank. This background in banking creates a unique and incredible resource in Kelly for her real estate clients, allowing her to fully understand all aspects of the real estate process. As a Buyer Specialist, Kelly’s insurmountable experience (from banking to real estate) flawlessly positions her to walk her clients through the buying process. A graduate of the University of Baltimore, Kelly received her B.S. in Financing with a minor in Accounting. Moving to Surfside Beach, SC in 2007, Kelly spent much of her time becoming an expert in the area, diving into the local culture and history, and happily finding a home here at the beach. As an active member of the community, Kelly volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Horry County, remains an active member of Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, and founding member of the Friendly Daughters of St. Patrick.
