Daniel Murphy has been a resident of the Myrtle Beach area since 1986. Born in Plattsburgh, New York, and as an Air Force Brat, was raised in California, Texas and Germany before making his way to the South Carolina coast in the 80’s. After attending high school in Myrtle Beach, Daniel attended the University of South Carolina and Coastal Carolina earning his Bachelor’s degree in exercise science.

Daniel is married to his High School crush Brandi, and they were married in a small ceremony in Atalaya 1994. Over the last 20 years, Brandi has worked side by side with Daniel to help both buyers and sellers here along the Carolina coast, as well as building a successful real estate partnership together. The couple was blessed in 2003 by the birth of their beautiful daughter Catherine, who is the true brains of the operation. They are also very proud of their 3 fur-babies Chloe, Baily, and Jack.

When not working, Daniel enjoys playing golf, tennis, cooking, music, and enjoying spending time with his family and friends. A typical weekend evening is spent making dinner for a houseful of people, after a day on the beach or on one the many local golf courses, and Sunday morning’s at St. Michaels Catholic Church, where he has been a parishioner since he came to the Myrtle Beach area in 1986. Daniel is also active foster and advocate for the local Golden Retriever rescue, and enjoys finding fur-ever homes for these wonderful dogs.

Daniel has been actively involved in helping both buyers and sellers along the Carolinas since 2001, and has extensive knowledge of not only the local residential communities, but is an expert in our resort markets. He is committed to the clients needs.
