Courtney is originally from upstate New York, but was raised in Texas. She moved to the Myrtle Beach area over 10 years ago after earning her bachelor's degree from Angelo State University. Courtney had vacationed to Myrtle Beach yearly growing up, as her parents had a second home here. She then obtained her real estate license in 2014.
